The day started out cloudy, but eventually the sun peeped out to give a better view of Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano). After seeing this magnificent, it wouldn’t be too hard to believe that it took around 6 centuries to finish this Cathedral.
Though there aren’t as many doves as there are in St. Marks Square in Venice, Italy, there is enough to keep people entertained.
Piazza del Duomo or The Cathedral Square is dominated by the Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano). On the other end is the monument to king Victor Emmanuel II and couple of lions.
